• Under Registered Nurse supervision, provide personal hygiene and assistance with bathing, oral care, toileting, positioning, transfers, ambulation, feeding, and fluids
• assist nurses with treatments
• perform routine housekeeping
• document care and vital signs
• report changes in patient condition
• follow infection-control procedures and maintain confidentiality.
