What you'll do

• Manage the device lifecycle from forecasting and purchasing through deployment, support, replacement, returns, refurbishment, and retirement
• oversee vendor delivery
• maintain reconciled serial-number records and controls
• coordinate business-unit forecasts and delivery plans
• lead estate migrations
• manage vendor performance against contracts, SLAs, and KPIs
• resolve escalations
• govern terminal configuration and updates
• support launches and certifications
• improve installation, activation, and support
• maintain PCI, security, and regulatory controls
• track costs and inventory exposure
• develop device estate strategy
• and drive automation and standardization.
