Facilities Project Manager

What you'll do

• Coordinate project and program initiatives
• serve as the point of contact for assigned projects
• document project requirements and scope
• manage schedules and resources
• advise customers on IT requirements, office moves, and facility changes
• maintain tracking tools, ticketing systems, procedures, floor plans, and records
• coordinate relocations, vendors, and stakeholders
• prepare meeting materials and management updates
• capture lessons learned.
