What you'll do

• Oversee daily property operations
• support resident satisfaction and leasing and retention goals
• ensure LIHTC, tax-credit, and affordable-housing compliance
• maintain resident files and prepare for audits and inspections
• manage budgets, collections, occupancy, expenses, and financial reports
• supervise and develop onsite staff
• coordinate work orders and property upkeep
• manage vendors
• resolve resident concerns and support community engagement.
