What you'll do

• Assign daily tasks to department leads and warehouse staff
• check assets in and out using the R2 inventory system
• create short sheets
• oversee asset flow through general maintenance
• maintain warehouse cleanliness, tools, and facilities
• review and approve timecards
• coach staff and recommend promotions
• manage operations paperwork and shop show files
• follow safety procedures and assist with warehouse work as needed.
