The Construction Site Superintendent, High-End Residential role is onsite in North Kingstown, RI, and the surrounding area, with a starting rate of $36–$40 per hour plus overtime potential. DiStefano Brothers Construction builds high-end residential remodels, additions, and custom spaces. The superintendent leads jobsite operations to keep projects on schedule and uphold craftsmanship standards, coordinating field teams, trade partners, short-term planning, materials, inspections, safety, and daily project documentation.

What you'll do

• Direct daily jobsite operations for carpenters, apprentices, and subcontractors
• create 2–3 week lookahead schedules and hold daily site huddles
• stage materials and tools
• conduct inspections, enforce OSHA safety standards, manage building-code inspections, maintain organized jobsites, and submit daily logs and photos through Buildertrend.
