What you'll do

• Handle personal injury cases from client intake through trial, including evaluation, discovery, depositions, and settlement negotiations
• develop litigation strategies
• take and defend depositions
• draft and argue substantive motions
• conduct legal research and prepare memoranda
• negotiate with insurance adjusters and defense counsel
• represent clients at mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings
• mentor junior attorneys and paralegals
• contribute to business development and marketing.
