What you'll do

• prepare investigation summaries and corrective-action documentation
• coach leaders on discipline, attendance, performance management, and communication
• escalate high-risk situations
• support employee engagement, recognition, surveys, and events
• assist with recruiting, onboarding, orientation, and exit interviews
• maintain confidential employee records and support compliance activities.
