What you'll do

• Assist with maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• complete service requests for grounds, buildings, apartments, equipment, and vehicles
• perform routine repairs such as basic plumbing, minor electrical work, appliance repair, painting, and refurbishing
• assist with preventive maintenance
• help maintain HVAC, water, refrigeration, motor, fan, electrical, and generator systems
• maintain carpet and hard-surface floors
• deep-clean and prepare resident suites
• assist with fire-safety and disaster-preparedness evacuation procedures.
