What you'll do

• Plan, coordinate, and optimize manufacturing processes
• develop and maintain work instructions and SOPs
• conduct labor studies
• analyze manufacturing methods for productivity improvements
• define tooling requirements
• research cost reduction methods
• assist in equipment troubleshooting
• provide manufacturability recommendations
• develop capital equipment justifications.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production or industrial environment.
