What you'll do

• Perform repair and maintenance projects involving carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and drywall
• diagnose issues and identify lasting solutions
• install, assemble, and repair fixtures, appliances, and equipment
• inspect properties for repair and safety needs
• perform preventative maintenance
• maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle
• communicate with customers
• follow codes and safety practices
• document work and leave job sites clean and safe.
