What you'll do

• Initiate and obtain insurance prior authorizations
• discuss available assistance and potential out-of-pocket treatment costs
• research financial resources with insurers and outside organizations
• help patients access affordable medications
• review charts and treatment plans
• discuss billing requirements and non-covered procedures
• and liaise among patients, patient accounts, and insurers to resolve billing concerns.

Why this role
