What you'll do

• Assist with daily living activities, including hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility
• follow individualized service plans
• provide companionship and emotional support

• administer medication and monitor health according to guidelines
• support job applications and job training
• and maintain care documentation and follow behavioral support plans as required.
