What you'll do

• Provide adult-focused outpatient care for patients ages 16 and older
• work a Monday–Friday schedule with 36 patient-facing hours weekly, including 4.5 clinic days and 0.5 administrative day
• collaborate with physicians, APPs, RNs, and MAs
• support population health and preventive care
• mentor and collaborate with experienced APPs
• participate in approximately three to four weeks of phone-only call coverage annually, supported by nurse triage services.
