What you'll do

• Interview, hire, train, supervise, and develop CMP Marketing associates
• assign and direct work
• conduct performance reviews
• prepare daily and weekly status reports
• maintain site marketing penetration standards
• coordinate tour seats and tour flow with sales
• communicate marketing program changes
• maintain invitations and tour manifests
• resolve tour status, booking, and coding issues
• order and maintain departmental supplies
• perform other assigned duties.
