The Senior Staff Network Engineer, Deployment role is onsite in Sunnyvale, CA; compensation is $225,000–$275,000 per year, plus bonus potential. Crusoe’s mission is to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence through AI infrastructure. The role owns the technical strategy and standards for deploying network infrastructure across data centers, edge sites, and backbone interconnects. It shapes designs for deployability, guides automation and validation, and mentors engineers as Crusoe scales its AI cloud infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Define the multi-quarter global network deployment roadmap
• author physical and logical deployment standards
• partner with Network Architecture on deployable designs
• set technical direction for ZTP, IaC, and validation tooling
• establish burn-in, site acceptance testing, and commissioning criteria
• lead vendor and partner standards
• support capacity and asset planning
• mentor engineers and lead design and post-incident reviews.
