The Press Assistant — First Shift role is onsite in Madison, WI. Pay is $18–$20 per hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The role supports a local manufacturer producing medical, pharmaceutical, and animal-health packaging for global distribution. The assistant helps set up and operate printing and slitting equipment while completing production, packaging, and cleaning tasks. Accurate documentation and adherence to safety and quality standards support consistent production.

What you'll do

• Assist with setup and operation of printing and slitting equipment
• complete production paperwork
• maintain equipment and work-area cleanliness
• perform packaging and material handling
• complete cleaning-room duties
• cut material cores as required
• follow safety guidelines and quality standards.
