Behavioral Health Technician – Overnight Shift

The Behavioral Health Technician – Overnight Shift role is onsite in Montclair, CA, with compensation of $21–$24 per hour. Benchmark Transitions, part of Emend Healthcare, provides mental health and substance use recovery treatment in a supportive care environment. The technician monitors clients’ safety and daily routines and assists staff with program activities and administrative tasks. The role helps maintain a safe, orderly facility and supports clients through intake, appointments, groups, and other daily activities under program leadership.

What you'll do

• Monitor clients to support safety and quality care
• provide administrative support and maintain files and data
• search and record client property during intake and discharge
• search the facility for contraband
• transport clients when required
• assist with appointments, store trips, and meetings
• maintain facility cleanliness
• collect and label urine samples
• help clients prepare for groups and daily activities.
