Security Badging Manager

The Security Badging Manager role is onsite in Sterling Heights, MI. Pay is $26.75 per hour, with benefits after 90 days. The manager oversees day-to-day Badging Center operations, staff, customer requests, access-card issuance, training, and quality assurance. The role helps ensure the client’s badging and access-control services are administered professionally and efficiently.

What you'll do

• Direct badge-related audits and distribute workload
• manage supplies and budget
• select, place, develop, and evaluate staff
• oversee access-control policy implementation and change management
• investigate issues identified in audits and recommend process improvements
• oversee quality assurance and training
• review reports and correct performance issues
• coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma and at least three years supporting enterprise-level badging, access systems, or similar programs; supervisory or management experience is required. Lenel, Jira, badging experience, relevant college degree, and ASIS CPP or PSP certification are preferred.
