What you'll do

• Coordinate daily workflow with first- and second-shift supervisors
• lead shift meetings and supervise associates
• assign and monitor work
• ensure training and compliance with company and safety processes
• resolve errors and document issues
• oversee route and transfer processing, loading, manifests, cycle counts, returns, receiving, forklift inspections, and housekeeping
• coordinate staffing and communicate with the warehouse manager.
