Heavy Equipment Operator, Civil Construction

The Heavy Equipment Operator role is onsite in Lubbock, TX, with compensation of $18–$22 per hour. ABCI is a local mid-sized civil construction company supporting civil construction projects. The operator safely and efficiently runs loaders, excavators, rollers, and related equipment, completing inspections and basic servicing while following company and OSHA safety requirements. The work supports project execution and helps keep equipment in good working condition.

What you'll do

• Operate loaders, excavators, rollers, and other heavy equipment safely
• follow company policies, safety procedures, and OSHA regulations
• report equipment and job-site issues
• perform and document pre- and post-operation inspections
• conduct minor maintenance and cleaning
• report major mechanical issues
• perform other duties as project needs require.
