It is a service position without a sales quota; occasional cross-sell opportunities may earn commission.

What you'll do

• Take cancellation and rate-increase calls and work to retain policies
• review coverage and discounts to identify suitable options within Allstate
• follow up on pending cancellations and lapses
• communicate calmly and clearly with upset customers.
