What you'll do

• Partner with the Project Manager from preconstruction through closeout
• assist with budgeting, scheduling, change management, and cost tracking
• coordinate subcontractors, labor resources, and field supervision
• coordinate multi-trade installation methods
• support safety, quality, and contractual compliance
• maintain client relationships and pursue business opportunities
• prepare technical documents, proposals, and presentations
• assist with value engineering.
