What you'll do

• Complete routine work orders and escalate issues
• perform carpentry, minor electrical and plumbing repairs, painting, appliance repairs, and basic mechanical and HVAC work
• maintain boilers and MEP systems
• inspect apartments and building systems
• maintain fire protection and security systems
• document inspections
• manage parts inventory
• respond to emergencies as directed
• provide professional service to residents.
