On-Site Tax Credit Property Manager

The manager oversees daily operations across assigned affordable housing communities, including staff, vendors, resident relations, regulatory compliance, fiscal oversight, occupancy, and property upkeep. The role also provides leadership and guidance to on-site staff.

• ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, TCAC, and other affordable housing regulations
