What you'll do

• Ensure fair housing, LIHTC, and Section 8 requirements are followed
• monitor applications and annual recertifications
• conduct file reviews and property inspections
• hire, train, coach, and manage on-site staff
• develop budgets and review financial performance
• oversee leasing and resident retention
• manage administrative reporting, maintenance, vendors, and property emergencies
• travel for property visits, conferences, and training, estimated at 25–50% annually.
