The recruiter manages full-cycle hiring for technical and specialized roles across Sales, IT, Operations, and Contracts. By partnering with hiring managers and maintaining clear candidate communication, the role supports effective hiring and a responsive candidate experience.

What you'll do

• Manage assigned searches from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and acceptance
• recruit across Sales, IT, Operations, and Contracts
• partner with hiring managers on requirements, candidate profiles, sourcing, interviews, and timelines
• source and screen candidates
• coordinate interviews and feedback
• maintain applicant tracking system records and report search progress
• represent Vertosoft at career fairs, campus events, and other recruiting activities several times per year.
