What you'll do

• Lead, manage, and motivate massage therapists, estheticians, and front desk associates
• oversee front desk and sales activities
• complete sales transactions and maintain cash accounting
• train team members and address performance issues
• resolve service complaints
• open and close the spa as a key holder
• manage inventory and cash drawer
• maintain cleanliness
• coach employees
• track and report sales
• maintain compliance.
