What you'll do

• Inspect dishes for quality and presentation
• verify orders are complete and match tickets
• coordinate timing with the kitchen
• ensure hot and cold dishes are served at appropriate temperatures
• communicate special requests and dietary restrictions
• verify dishes are assigned to the correct table and guest
• maintain plating standards
• communicate with kitchen staff, servers, and management
• handle meal-related guest inquiries
• keep the expo station clean, organized, and stocked
• assist with restaurant cleanliness.
