The Composites Manufacturing Operator — 1st Shift role is onsite in Rochester, NH, with a starting salary of $22 per hour. The operator performs bonding-process tasks in the fan blade or fan case value stream, following work instructions and safety practices to meet customer requirements. The work contributes to reliable production through inspection, equipment maintenance, process documentation, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Perform bonding-process tasks including kitting, bond layup, vacuum bagging, autoclave setup, surface preparation, and de-flash
• follow work instructions
• inspect work
• perform prescribed preventive maintenance
• record part measurements
• use hand and pneumatic tools
• document material or process deviations
• participate in continuous improvement and corrective action
• safely handle hazardous materials and waste.
