Journeyman IT Systems Administrator

What you'll do

• Monitor and update helpdesk tickets
• resolve non-Enterprise Service Desk issues and route ESD tickets
• process access and change requests
• coordinate with authorized support entities
• protect and restore information during operations
• manage email, Teams, and SharePoint group memberships
• support user setup, training, software installation, and in- and out-processing
• monitor AFNetOps directives and resolve cybersecurity discrepancies.
