What you'll do

• Patrol healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas
• provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors
• follow site security procedures and support emergency response when appropriate
• respond to incidents and medical emergencies according to site protocols
• monitor access points and assist with visitor management
• document observations and incidents and communicate with leadership and site contacts.
