What you'll do

• Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
• Respond to service requests and prioritize work orders.
• Inspect properties, address safety and maintenance issues, and assist with vacant-unit turnover repairs.
• Follow safety protocols and coordinate with property management and team members.
• Weekend and periodic call-backs, including participation in an after-hours emergency on-call rotation, are required.
