What you'll do

• Operate and monitor automated bagging and baler equipment
• adjust weight settings, feed rates, and cycle timing
• assist shift leads with pellet mill startup and shutdown
• read and calibrate scales
• inspect raw material and report variations or jams
• palletize, wrap, stage, and move finished goods
• follow housekeeping and safety procedures.
