• Work with the General Manager to assess and develop procedures, policies, and standards

• maintain and enforce local and government regulations
• assist with onboarding hires and support team growth and development
• maintain orderly workflow
• provide guest service and address customer concerns
• support restaurant sales
• interview, hire, train, and schedule employees.
