Infant Lead Teacher

The Infant Lead Teacher role is onsite in Eden Prairie, MN, with starting pay of $23 per hour based on education and experience. The position is with Grace Beginnings Academy and supports children ages 6 weeks to 16 months in a Christ-centered environment. The teacher plans and delivers play-based, Biblically based learning aligned with early childhood indicators, while partnering with families and the infant team to support children’s physical, social-emotional, cognitive, and spiritual growth.

What you'll do

• Provide classroom learning experiences and differentiate instruction
• collaborate with the Infant Grade Level Team on lessons and activities
• communicate with families and meet with parents, including twice-yearly conferences
• maintain a safe, clean, organized classroom
• attend required training, staff meetings, and school community events
• maintain licensing compliance.
