What you'll do

• Maintain working knowledge of the menu
• bring chips and salsa to tables
• ensure guests have needed table items
• keep the kitchen pickup table and chip station clean and organized
• assist servers, bartenders, and managers with plates
• communicate with guests, coworkers, and chefs about orders and special requests
• clear tables
• clean dining rooms and bathrooms.
