Senior Marketing Analyst

The Senior Marketing Analyst is a hybrid role requiring three onsite days per week in McLean, VA, Richmond, VA, or Chicago, IL; compensation is $35–$40 per hour on a W-2 basis. The role supports brand planning and strategy for the Brex integration within the Business Cards and Payments organization. The analyst partners with brand planning, insights, and business stakeholders to shape research learning agendas, synthesize findings, and guide marketing activation. The role translates evidence into recommendations and tracks integration deliverables to support informed planning and investment decisions.

What you'll do

• Provide project management and execution support for Brex brand planning and integration
• support research learning agendas
• collect metrics, research results, insights, marketing activity, and marketplace activity
• build relationships with Brand, BC&P, and Brex partners
• consult on marketing plans and objectives
• define business questions and knowledge gaps
• connect implications across Brex and existing business credit card portfolios
• contribute to research briefs and materials
• translate insights into recommendations and storytelling
• track deliverables and status updates with the Brand Integration Office.
