Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Columbus, OH; The position supports 232 Management’s multifamily communities and its mission to maintain safe, well-kept places residents are proud to call home. The technician maintains property condition and efficient operations by diagnosing issues, completing repairs and preventive maintenance, and responding to resident service requests. The role also coordinates with technicians, vendors, contractors, and management, and participates in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule.

What you'll do

• Perform and oversee general maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, utilities, lighting, and property condition
• inspect, troubleshoot, and repair safely
• guide junior technicians
• coordinate contractors and vendors
• manage maintenance inventory, tools, and equipment
• follow safety and environmental policies
• provide responsive resident service
• participate in rotating on-call coverage.
