What you'll do

• Greet clients and patients
• handle in-person, phone, email, and mail communications
• check patients in and out and relay status changes
• schedule and confirm appointments and route requests
• triage patients by urgency
• explain hospital services
• maintain patient records and capture charges
• process payments, refunds, reconciliation, and deposits
• fill veterinary prescriptions and provide instructions
• support product sales, inventory, and veterinary staff
• maintain a clean and safe hospital environment
• participate in opening, closing, and weekend duties as assigned.
