• Perform warehouse receiving, shipping, and material movement tasks
• monitor shift performance and address or escalate issues
• coordinate with leads, supervisors, and support teams
• train and orient new employees
• help develop standard operating procedures
• operate warehouse machinery safely
• assign tasks under supervisor direction
• review paperwork and report inventory discrepancies
• communicate supply needs to other departments
• participate in continuous improvement and safety activities.
