Maintenance Technician, Production Equipment

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in De Pere, WI, with day and night shifts and 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts. Compensation is $20–$40 per hour, with a yearly bonus. The technician supports the company’s manufacturing and production team, working with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance to improve equipment uptime and product quality. This role maintains and improves production equipment through planned, predictive, and reactive maintenance. It diagnoses and repairs mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems, supports equipment upgrades and installations, and contributes to continuous improvement and safe, efficient production.

What you'll do

• Perform planned, predictive, and reactive maintenance
• diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
• troubleshoot equipment and implement corrective actions
• support equipment upgrades, installations, and commissioning
• identify continuous improvement opportunities
• maintain maintenance records
• provide technical support and training
• follow safety procedures
• coordinate with production, engineering, and external partners.
