The LPN contributes to resident assessments, administers medications, and ensures the health, comfort, and safety of residents while working as part of an interdisciplinary care team.

What you'll do

• Provide professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long term care.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered.
• Document resident interactions and outcomes related to care, medication, behavior, activity, and dietary.
• Recognize problems, recommend solutions, and respond to emergent situations.
• Counsel residents and family members on prevention and treatment plans.
