Account Manager — Chemical Water Treatment Solutions

The Account Manager role is onsite in Decatur, IL. The salary range is $90,000–$105,000 per year, with incentive compensation eligibility. The role serves as a technical advisor to customers, developing and optimizing chemical treatment programs while building customer relationships. It contributes to customer operating improvements, water and energy sustainability, asset protection, and profitable account growth.

What you'll do

• Analyze, build, and optimize chemical treatment programs for cooling water, boiler water, wastewater, and Memchem applications
• conduct sample testing and prepare technical service reports
• execute service plans, value generation plans, and business reviews
• support sustainability and asset protection projects
• meet annual revenue targets
• manage margin reviews, price escalations, and negotiations
• develop new recurring business
• follow EHS policies.
