What you'll do

• Advise university leaders on talent strategies, organizational design, change management, team dynamics, employee concerns, and conflict resolution. Integrate the university’s Christian faith-based identity into workplace practices. Own an assigned HR program
• develop and improve policies and workflows

• support workforce planning, employee lifecycle processes, and employment-law compliance.
