What you'll do

• Complete six to eight months of training and evaluations
• learn department procedures and product knowledge
• manage daily department operations after training and assignment
• support promotions and sales targets
• maintain product displays and freshness
• order products based on inventory, promotions, and delivery schedules
• receive and inspect poultry shipments
• manage FIFO inventory, coolers, freezers, and physical counts
• schedule and coach employees
• support training and performance reviews
• maintain a safe and clean workplace.
