The role supports residents in building independence and integrating into the community. Through daily coaching, individualized support, crisis intervention, and collaboration with treatment teams, the specialist helps residents work toward their Independent Living Plan goals.

What you'll do

• Guide and coach residents in daily routines and independent living skills
• support Independent Living Plans
• observe and communicate changes in residents’ needs
• provide crisis intervention
• participate in resident programming
• document and communicate according to quality standards
• transport residents or help arrange transportation.
