What you'll do

• Handle real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development matters
• manage assigned matters from start to finish
• conduct legal research and analysis
• draft, review, and finalize contracts, pleadings, agreements, and other legal documents
• communicate with clients about progress and next steps
• represent clients in negotiations
• collaborate with senior attorneys and colleagues
• comply with bar requirements and firm policies
• assist with retainers, payment schedules, and receivables
• complete required continuing legal education.
