Senior Agile Coach

What you'll do

• Coach Product Line Teams, delivery teams, and leaders on Agile values and practices
• assess Agile maturity and develop improvement plans
• facilitate organizational change and transformation
• guide Lean-Agile adoption
• remove organizational impediments
• coach Product Managers and Product Owners on planning, backlog management, prioritization, and value delivery
• improve sprint planning, execution, reviews, and retrospectives
• support dependency management across teams and portfolios.
