What you'll do

• Remove trash and soiled linen from carts and guest rooms
• clean assigned back-of-house areas using proper chemicals and procedures
• wash and return guest-room glassware
• stock and organize linen closets
• vacuum guest hallways and transport trash
• communicate over the radio and close guest requests promptly
• attend departmental meetings and provide coverage in related areas when needed
• assist guests with accurate facility information
• follow safety procedures for emergencies, chemicals, and protective gear.
